TEMP-to-HIRE REMOTE ASSISTANT

• Our Remote Assistant remains an independent contractor of Remote Advisor Resources while working for an Advisor on any one of our plans
• The Advisor has the ability to “test drive” the assistant during this period to see if she/he is a good fit as their employee
• If the Advisor decides they would like to hire our Remote Assistant directly, they will contact Penne Stafford, Founder, Remote Advisor Resources

DIRECT HIRE REMOTE ASSISTANT

• A remote assistant who is placed directly with an advisor without serving any Temp-to-Hire  period.
