WHO NEEDS THIS?
- An Advisor or Enterprise who is on boarding a new advisor or group from a different Broker Dealer or RIA
- An Enterprise/ OSJ who needs supplemental support for on boarding a new advisor or group
INFORMATION WE NEED:
- Are they moving to Corporate? RIA? (Paperwork is different)
- Type of Accounts, Advisory Accounts require more Paperwork than Brokerage (if moving to a RIA).
- Trust Accounts require more paperwork as well than Individual Accounts.
- How is the information going to be provided? or do we have to gather it? Do we need to create a sheet for the advisor to complete with client information?
- How is the paperwork going to be delivered to client? Fedex, DocuSign, Regular Mail?
- When paperwork is signed is it returning to advisor for processing? or returning to the assistant to process?
- Follow up for Account Transfers?
