Our Remote Assistant remains an independent contractor of Remote Advisor Resources while working for an Advisor on any one of our plans

The Advisor has the ability to “test drive” the assistant during this period to see if she/he is a good fit as their employee

If the Advisor decides they would like to hire our Remote Assistant directly, they will contact Penne Stafford, Founder, Remote Advisor Resources
DIRECT HIRE REMOTE ASSISTANT

A remote assistant who is placed directly with an advisor without serving any Temp-to-Hire period.
FEES

We charge a fee of 15% of the agreed first year’s compensation to the Assistant we have placed with you, or a minimum fee of $5,000.
